The Butcher’s Dog in Driffield is a micropub, a small one-room independently owned freehouse that’s very different from the pubs owned and run by the big chains. At any one time The Butcher’s Dog offers five cask ales and six traditional ciders. Most are sourced locally but we’ll also choose them from elsewhere because of their quality and flavour. We promote conversation, shun all forms of electronic entertainment, and serve only traditional pub snacks such as our locally made Tindall’s pork pies!

“Tapas” taster trays – try 3 thirds-of-a-pint for the same price as a pint tasters to help you make your choice
Specially designed 2-pint takeaway cartons, so you can enjoy your favourite tipple at home
Real ale, craft beer and cider gift boxes – a gift for real connoiseurs.
