The Bouncing Barrel

The Bouncing Barrel is the  third pub to open in Herne Bay which demonstrates the popularity of the micropub formula. The Barrel offers cheese boards with a range of local cheeses with crackers, a selection of Kent crisps and other nibbles will be introduced such as pork pies, pickled eggs and pickled onions – but, most importantly, the Barrel offers a selection of Real Ale, Cider & Wine. The pub – a former care agency, and before that a baby shop – has no music, television or fruit machines and the art of conversation is encouraged.
