ORA brewing company

We have been brewing in Italy (Modena) for the last 10 years with 2 friends. We have now established a brewing company, and we have developed two amazing recipes, a Pilsner and an Italian Ale, both beers build on the classic German and Scottish recipe but enhanced with the purest italian ingredients. We are in love with our beer and we have passion for brewing. We are in 20 pubs restaurants and bottle shops around London. At the minute we are working with an Italian chef to develop some gourmet food and Beer pairings (see the document attached for reference - unfortunately in Italian).
